In addition to leading edge timing, it has been suggested that several other quantities could be measured from the MDT signals. Trailing Edge timing can identify the bunch crossing 1. Multi-Track separation can be potentially accomplished using strong pole/zero shaping, and finally a Pulse-Height measurement can be used for offline time walk corrections. These techniques were all described previously ; updated simulation information is presented here.
